SMR Holdings launches new projects in Hyd

Real estate player SMR Holdings launched its new project – SMR Vinay Harmony County at Bandlaguda, Rajendra Nagar near Appa Junction in Hyderabad. The Project which will be spread over 40 acres will be covering 5 acres of land in the first phase.
SMR Vinay Harmony County will have 2 high rise towers with 407 flats in the first phase. The project will apartments ranging from 500 sq. ft. 1-BHK unit to 2050 sq. ft. 3-BHK units. The project is planned in 2 phases with the first phase to construct around 8 lakh  sq. ft. area and the second phase to cover approximately 17 laks sq. ft. area. The project is located strategically and well connected to the IT hub, airport, international schools, hospitals and educational institutions.
