EPACK Prefab breaks record for fastest structure built in India

EPACK Prefab constructs India’s quickest structure in just 150 hours, demonstrating the potential of PEB technology for rapid, sustainable construction.

One of India’s top producers of pre-engineered buildings (PEBs), EPACK Prefab, has set a noteworthy record by erecting the country’s fastest-built structure in a record-breaking 150 hours. This project, which was finished in Mambattu, Andhra Pradesh, demonstrates EPACK Prefab’s dedication to creative and efficient building.

With a total floor area of 151,000 square feet, the building was entirely built utilizing PEB technology and sophisticated prefabrication. Each stage of construction was painstakingly planned by EPACK Prefab to ensure quick progress. By the 48th hour, the main structure was finished, and by the 90th and 120th hours, the roofing and cladding were added, resulting in a fully operational building on schedule.

The completion of this building demonstrates the enormous potential of prefabricated construction technology to satisfy India’s infrastructural and industrial demands quickly and sustainably. This effort establishes a magnificent global record, which is officially recognised by the Golden Book of global Records.
