Mahindra Lifespaces – HDFC Capital affordable housing platform launches its 1st project

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has announced the launch of ‘Happinest – Palghar’ – the first affordable housing project to be undertaken by a joint platform between the Company and HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund-1. Happinest – Palghar comprises around 850 thoughtfully designed apartments and community spaces on over 8 acres, with prices ranging from RS 8 lakhs to Rs 24 lakhs.
