  According to us Influx of high material costs, lack of skilled manpower & reduced investment in the real estate sector are some of the challenges of Indian construction Industry. Also, delay in the possession is one of the problem which is diminishing the interest of the people in real estate. This challenges can be tackled using automated and advanced machinery available in market and what we, Plaksa Group, are offering.

• How is Plaksa Group set to modernize the Indian construction companies?
  Our group company, Plaksa Solutions Pvt. Ltd., provides advanced equipment and technology for construction. In recent times, some players in Indian building construction industry have taken concrete steps to avoid over-reliance on empirical cost estimations, old age methods, and foreman and started modern systems such as BIM. And the equipmentthat we provide, such as, spray plastering machines, sand pumps, etc., helps the construction industry in their endeavour to improve quality and cost managementFurther, our technologies help vastly reduce the no. of workers required on sites, a major concern that came up due to Covid-19 pandemic.   Plaksa Solutions Pvt Ltd is India distributor of IMER Equipment division and focuses on Mortar Pumps and Sprayers. In this line of equipment, Spray Plastering machines, Sand and Screed pumps, Grouts and self-levelling pumps, and mortar mixers. In the range of spray plastering machines, our Koine 4 model is well positioned to spray dry mix mortars, Gypsum plasters, repair and renovation mortars. Our Small 50 and S50 Airless areultra-light weight products for spraying putty, waterproofing and plasters.Our range of Mover machines can pump sand and screeds over 6m3/hr at heights over 200m bringing about unprecedented efficiency and economy. Our Koine 4 HF, grout and SCC pump,can pump up to 5m3/hr in compact and easy to handle sizeeven for sites at 50th floorOur mortar mixers are very useful for many different kinds of mortars includingfibre-reinforced mortar materials and have mixing capacity from 50L to 500L output. 

• In the year 2021 what are some of the major projects across India that Plaksa has been involved in?
  We have been involved in some of the critical projects with Larsen &Tourbo, Shapoorji & Palloonji, Tata Projects, and also we have involved with some of the critical works in Nuclear Power projects. We also have been involved with the New Parliament building project

• What can be done to improve the experience of home buyer in long term with your products?
  For a home buyer, the durability of finish of his/her house is very important. Good materials and tools are required for that. As spray plastering machines require pumpable materials, only good quality plaster materials can be pumped. Further, with the machine, a plaster material sticks to the wall at constant pressure. Due to these, a durable plastered finish is achieved, one where the plaster is so stronger than the bricks.Our spray plastering machinesare also used for repair and renovation work where safety of the residents / tenants, speed of work and material handling are important. With dry-mix plasters and spray plastering machines, repair and renovation work is completed quickly and with minimal hinderance to residents.
