Crushing and screening is an unorganised industry segment. When it comes to commercial production, one of the biggest challenges faced is that of the quality of production – in terms of shape of aggregates or quality of artificial sand.

We at “RD” are geared to provide the most innovative crushing solutions at the lowest cost per tonne of a good quality product, our VSIs produce some of the best aggregates because the VSIs crush as well as shape and produce high-quality manufactured sand. Sand produced by “RD” crushers give a steep competition to even natural sand with reduced fines and improved quality.
As such a large number of crushing plants supply aggregate or sand to commercial producers for road and infrastructure projects where the time frame is extremely tight. Mobile crushing plants are suitable for quick mobilising and setup – thereby making mobile crushing the preferred choice of many.
Between Mobile and stationary crushers each has its own merit and in short-term to mid-term projects (less than 1-1½ years) most customers prefer to choose Wheel mounted crushing plants. However, customers with commercial crushing plants and long-term projects (of more than 2 years), prefer to go in for skid/static plants. The advantages of static crushers are that they are rugged and stable in terms of quantity and quality of aggregates/ sand and can provide optimum utilisation of the crushers. Mobile crushers provide for greater flexibility of movement and reduce largely on transport costs that accrue to the customer since they can be taken to specific sites of work.
