Can you give us a brief of your company and your products? 
We offer a range of façade solutions. Recently, we launched a new product under the name FineBuild Series, offering façade solutions in steel. As pioneers in the fabrication and aluminium systems market, we have diversified our product range to provide customers with more benefits and achieve greater possibilities by introducing steel glazing systems within the façade range. These systems primarily find application in entrance areas of both residential and commercial buildings and can be used for double-height façades, triple-height façades, or partition works. We offer profiles starting from minimal systems of 38 mm, with configurations and section depths varying as per requirements.

Common challenges with curtain walls include high installation and maintenance costs, lack of thermal insulation, vulnerability to natural disasters like earthquakes, and risk of glass breakage. How do you address these challenges? 
We have developed steel glazing to ensure no challenges arise in fenestration while meeting architectural requirements. For instance, although aluminium glazing is widely used, it requires steel inserts to handle large spans. To address this, we developed a steel façade system that eliminates the need for inserts by offering a complete steel profile, providing a much stronger and superior appearance with enhanced durability. Our systems are tested to meet architectural and structural performance standards. Additionally, steel’s thermal expansion ratio is significantly higher than aluminium’s, allowing it to withstand temperatures of up to 1000°C compared to aluminium. This makes steel a stronger and more reliable choice for extreme conditions.

How are your façade situations designed to manage extreme weather events? 
Our façade solutions feature a two-barrier system, ensuring zero water and air leakage. This design makes them robust and highly resistant to extreme weather conditions.

Can you walk us through the sustainable manufacturing methods you have adopted for manufacturing your products? 
As mentioned earlier, our products are made from steel. Steel has a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to aluminium, making our products more eco-friendly and sustainable.
