KEC International secures orders of Rs.400 crore
EPC major KEC International has secured three new orders from Saudi Arabia and India for supply and construction of transmission lines on turnkey basis. In India, the company has secured two new orders for 400 kV double circuit overhead transmission lines; of this one order is from PGCIL and other from VISA Power. Rs. 70 crore PGCIL order is for transmission line in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The Visa Power order is for transmission line from VISA Power’s Raigarh Plant to New Kotra PGCIL Sub Station in Chattisgarh. Total order value is Rs.24 crore. The Saudi Arabia order is for 380 kV double circuit overhead transmission lines.
