This system caters to multiple weight carrying capacities ranging from 50 kg to 100 kg per door and can carry doors that are up to 1,000 mm wide and 3,000 mm high.

In addition to the sliding hardware being highly durable and corrosion-resistant, it is also ‘Secured by Design’ where the intermediate hanger hinge, bottom guides and pivot come with a unique, non-removal pin technology that guarantees enhanced security.

This system can be teamed with Häfele’s Retractable Pleated Insect Screen to provide a holistic external solution. The Insect screen is extremely simple to operate and can be stacked neatly away when not in use. It is compatible for installation with windows, folding doors, sliding and French/Patio door applications.

Equal door sizes: Due to the use and application of the offset hardware, all door panels of the Weatherfold 100 EF system can be of the same size (including the fixed and end panels)

Resistant to weather damages: Weatherfold 100 EF has been tested for Water penetration, Air infiltration and Ultimate Strength resistance to heavy winds. The Insect Screen is fitted with high strength tension cords that provide stability to the structure and help prevent the mesh from blowing out of its channels in windy conditions (wind test withstanding wind gusts up to 30kph).

Endurance and durability: All hardware used in the Weatherfold system undergoes rigorous testing of a minimum of 50,000 cycles and a neutral salt spray test of 1,000 hours.
