In line with profine's global expansion plans which includes a focus on high growth countries, profine will have its extrusion in 2012 under its Indian subsidiary, profine India Window Technology Pvt. Ltd.
The International market leader for uPVC profiles for doors and windows has been active for more than 5 years in the Indian market under the brand name 'Koemmerling' and is counted as No 1 in terms of profile importers.
Mr. Lange, CSO, profine GmbH comments, “We treat India as a growth market which we develop continuously together with our customers. Following the establishment of our own subsidiary last year, local extrusion is the next step in this journey".
“The detailed planning for the plant set up is in process and market driven systems for doors and windows will be produced. Similar systems are already being supplied in the Indian market by profine under Koemmerling brand name”, Mr. Lange adds.
