Refinery: HPCL Mittal Energy Ltd (HMEL), the JVC of HPCL and Mittal Energy Investments Pvt Ltd, Singapore, is likely to complete expansion of Bhatinda refinery from 9 million tonne per annum (MTPA) to 11.25 MTPA in the coming month at Bhatinda in Punjab.
