It won the Zak award for largest glasshouse in India. The company also clinched awards for Glass House (Public works Department & Department of Inland Water Transport) located at Kuppanna Park (Nishadbagh) in Mysore.

Nikhita Build-Tech also bagged the award for APMC warehouse (cattle aution market) situated in Davanagere. It won “10th CIDC Vishwakarma Awards 2018”, Delhi; “Iconic Building Award” at “Icons of Spaces”, Singapore.

It was awarded ACCE (I)-MEGH Steels Award 2019 and 11TH CIDC Vishwakarma Award. The two and a half decade old company was awarded ACCE (I) – L&T Endowment Award 2019 for executing HEC India LLP project located in Penukonda, Ananthpuram.
