PROMAN shows full strength at EXCON

Proman Infrastructure Services, formed in 2001, specialises in crushing and screening solutions with the vision to provide innovative crushing solutions at the lowest cost per tonne. At EXCON, PROMAN introduced the recently launched Vertical Shaft Grinder, to produce plaster sand and showcased a total number of eight machines. In an exclusive interview with Dibyendu Roychowdhury, R. S. Raghavan opens up about new launches as well as the PROMAN philosophy.
What are your main objectives of EXCON?EXCON is a platform to showcase our strength; hence, we are here to showcase PROMAN’s strength which is to provide turnkey solutions in crushing. This is what we always try to do, and we have been quite successful.
What’re the main products that you are showcasing?PROMAN is focussed towards high-quality sand, manufactured sand, variants of concrete and plaster sand and also high quality aggregates. We are just working on these areas. We have launched the Vertical Shaft Grinder, which is a very unique product for producing fine materials. PROMAN VSG machines produce cubical, well-graded plaster sand with minimum power that can produce finer grade of sand to match the spec of plaster sand. It works in special aggregate application for producing fine sand.
We are also showcasing at EXCON, the sand washing machine called PROMAN-Ortner.
At EXCON, PROMAN is showcasing eight machines in total which include the Jaw crusher, Cone crusher and our Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher.
All the eight machines are manufactured in India right now?Yes, all machines are manufactured by us in our factory in Bengaluru under collaboration.
What are the main features and benefits of vertical shaft grinder?PROMAN–REMco Vertical Shaft Grinder is an upscale of our existing Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher. Its features are quite unique. This is for applications involving very fine crushing like in the ratio of 1:16 or 1:20.
What is the message you want to send to your clients?I would like to thank all the customers who have been with us from the start. For others, I would like to mention that if you are very serious about producing very high-quality aggregates, quality concretes and plaster sand, please talk to us because we can definitely add a lot of value than what you see in the market.
