Super Safe ANUPAM-ALFA Tower Crane with CE Certification [July 2012]

ANUPAM-ALFA Tower Cranes acquires the CE marking certification – statement of compliance certificate has been issued by TUV NORD to Anupam Industries. With this certification, Anupam Industries can issue ‘EC declaration of conformity’ and supply tower cranes with CE marking, as per customer requirements, which is completely safe and mandatory for European market.
Commenting on this achievement Mehul Patel, Managing Director, Anupam Industries said, “The CE marking certificate has only reaffirmed and reinforced our international capability to cater to the entire European market as well. Our Tower Cranes are equipped with added safety features like limit switch for all motions, overload limit switch, torque limiter, wind speed sensor, lightening arrestors etc. and all these safety features ensure accident free operation. The ANUPAM-ALFA Tower Crane and its manufacturing processes underwent series of rigorous reviews and analysis related to several European standards by the TUV NORD. The complete study by TUV NORD covered various product life cycle risk assessments such as design, erection, maintenance, dismantling, transport, re-assembling and safety critical components. The testing of electrical control panel to conform low voltage directive (LVD) and EMC directive was conducted at Electrical Research & Development Association. During the assessment process the entire tower crane was assembled to foresee safety related functional and operational aspects.
