Concrete, CE may get further boost

This included Concrete Batching Plant series, Concrete Paving Machines, Concrete Pumps, Concrete Elevators and Concrete Mixers, Transit Mixer, Concrete Canal Paving Machine, Concrete Road Paving Machine.

What are the smart technologies featured in your products showcased at the expo?
In terms of smart technologies, we use concrete pump. We have a PLC-based and fully digitalised concrete pump operation system. In batching plant, we have a fully automatic plant which can be operated through fully PLC. Our 24/7 customer care support online is one of the USPs of our batching plant. We have added more features to the technology for providing the best service support to customers and making it more conducive for users and operators.

When it comes to construction equipment (CE), how do you see the demand in terms of types of CE and capacities?
In terms of technology in Batching plant, the requirement of the 60 cu.m and higher capacity batching plant is generally more for an infrastructure project. Talking about building project and commercial RMC project, there is a requirement for 30 cu.m to 60 cu.m for the commercial RMC and now the requirement of the project-based RMC has also increased. So mainly, these are the two segments where we have an RMC series segment and an infra series segment. Both series are in demand and increasing day-by-day.

Tell me how to make your products better to suit the current needs in the construction industry?
Nowadays, so many metro projects are coming. For Maharashtra, Mumbai Metro project is going on, and further expansion is also happening. Pune Metro, Nagpur Metro are also in-line. For such metro projects, we have introduced our digital tower series plant which is a pollution-free plant. It is compact so the plant can be installed in the city area and where there is no dust and no pollution for market as per current requirement.

What is your outlook for the Indian CE market?
I think the government would once again be coming into power. Last government was also more focused on the infrastructure development. So again, we are expecting the coming government to be more focused on infra part that would further boost the concrete and CE industry elevating to a different level.

What are your future plans?
Currently we have our series of Concrete Batching Plant, Concrete Paving Machines, Concrete Transit Mixer, and fixed form paving machine. In addition to this, we are also coming up with SLM and other expansion plans ahead.
