BTicino, an Italian major in the field of low-voltage electrical equipment for living, working and production spaces, that integrate solutions for energy distribution, communication and for the control of lighting, sound distribution, climate and safety, launches D45 Door Entry System. This new product from BTicino is a high performance security monitoring system in the Indian market. Since 1989, BTicino is part of the low voltage wiring devices manufacturer Legrand Group. The D45 Door Entry System provides users with a world class experience through unique functions and features incorporated in its technology &design.
The BTicino D45 Door Entry System consists of five main components: entrance panels, indoor audio and video handsets, porter handsets, porter switchboard, accessories and power supply. A unique feature of the D45 door Entry System is that it can install up to 4,000 apartments with the signal reach up to 2 km.The system automatically equalizes and amplifies the video signals, providing high quality video performance even with long distance. No intermediate amplifier is needed for video. With the smart power supply for the whole system, devices detect the power load status automatically so that they can switch to power saving mode, if necessary.
It is a security monitoring system using serial devices connected using DIGITAL BUS technologies. The system is designed to perform functions such as call, doorbell, conversation, monitor, unlock, network and alarms, by connecting riser systems to system network devices. The porter switchboard is used as the management and control centre for the entire system. Approximately 70 per cent less copper is used, thus reducing the environmental impact.
