Unity Infraprojects bags orders worth Rs.306 crore
Civil contracting firm Unity Infraprojects has bagged diverse orders worth Rs.306 crore. The first order entails construction of 133 Bungalows, High Rise Apartments (C7 to C10) in Water Lily, Banquet Hall and Balance works for Belvedere Club in Shantigram Township, near Jaspur Village, Ahmedabad by Adani Township and Real Estate Company. The project value is Rs.183.88 crore.
The second project involves the construction of chemistry laboratory building, art and social science building, examination building and a new building for botany department at North Campus of Delhi University by a Govt. of India undertaking Engineers India Ltd. on behalf of Delhi University and the said project is to be completed within a period of 24 months. The awarded contract value is Rs.121.80 crore.
Commenting on the occasion Abhijit K. Avarsekar, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Unity Infraprojects  said, “This will be our second project in the state of Gujarat and we are keen on surpassing the client’s expectations and yielding more from the state.”  With these two new orders, the order book of the company stands at Rs.3,796.54 crore.
