CLG836BSIII can fulfill the demand of the different applications as it is having the higher payload capacity when compared with 3-tonne-class loaders.
Equipment value is claimed to be offered by Liugong through its wheel loaders owing to its advanced technical features, which according to Liugong provides enhanced equipment availability at the job site. This is primarily owing to the wide range of loading functions it can undertake for variegated loading applications based on the user industry requirement. Added to the loading usefulness, the machine comes with long lifecycle and low operating cost.
Liugong has its own indigenously developed CLG836BSIII wheel loaders. CLG836BSIII wheel loader has a standard bucket capacity of 1.7 cubic metres.
Liugong’s large wheel loader product line has a number of customer segments, with big mines requiring the largest loaders. Smaller than the large mines are cement quarries, while aggregates require a slightly smaller machine. The 836 can fulfill the demand of the different applications as it is having the higher payload capacity when compared with 3-tonne-class loaders.
“With the launch of the new wheel loader, we intend to offer our customers high productivity coupled with low fuel consumption. These wheel loaders have a robust structure and also provide a simple and efficient maintenance system.”
The design is similar to the older 835BSIII model, using the modern technology and componentry currently in production, including the Deutz Weichai engine. Air-conditioned function is optional. The prominent feature of CLG836 consists of its heavy duty structure and more strong axle, which leads to more load bearing capacity. The machine uses in house-built axles and transmission.
Not to be left behind, Liugong offers a wide range of wheel loaders with different loading capacities. There are more than 6 different models of wheel loaders provided by Liugong. The smallest wheel loader is CLG 816 with 5,300 kg operating weight having 0.78 cubic metres bucket capacity for general application. While the biggest in its class is CLG888 with an operating weight of 30,000 kg, with up to a bucket capacity of 7 cubic meters and high dump options.
As with any Liugong product, intensive field trials and diagnostic testing is being carried out on the first models built before the commercial release, which includes running machines up to high hours on customers’ work sites.
Manufactured at Liugong’s plant in Pithampur, Indore, the wheel loader will provide more benefits to the customer in terms of performance, reliability and convenience in serviceability.
Additionally, there are skilled service engineers in place, having experience and ability to fast troubleshoot the machine. This will arrest longer down time in case of breakdown. With skilled service engineer in place, for longer life cycle, the equipment will be provided with genuine spare parts. All this would lead to the appropriate utilisation of the equipment and thereby ensure honest return on investment for the equipment owner.
