As a company with over 18 years of experience, could you talk us about your solutions for interior and exterior products?
With over 18 years of experience in the sheet metal industry, the Merasha Group has emerged as an industry leader in providing both subcontracting solutions and B2C solutions. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has helped us stay ahead and grow manifold. It is our drive for innovation that led us to create Anveet Arts, a Merasha group brand in 2015. At Anveet Arts, we specialise in B2C solutions which includes interior and exterior products such as doors,
windows, railings, facades, room dividers, wall art, marble inlay work, and more for various residential and commercial spaces. Merasha Group also designs, manufactures and executes orders for steel furniture suitable for home, office, factory, educational institutes, restaurants and hotels based on customer/designer/architectural needs on a turnkey basis under the brand name Anveet Arts.

When it comes to manufacturing sheet metal parts, what kind of technology are you using and where it’s used?
Merasha Shapers has two world-class manufacturing units in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. One unit is a press shop that has hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical heavy presses together with tool room. The second unit has world-class CNC metal cutting, punching, and bending machines from globally renowned companies like Salvagnini, AMADA, Omax. This set-up serves as the one-stop subcontracting solution for various
industries like automobile, electric and electronic, agriculture, textile, infrastructure and more.

How are you managing your supply chain in the current market environment?
We are managing the current situation by making sure the supply chain itself has appropriate staffing by implementing effective technology and maintaining healthy supplier relationship.

Merasha Shapers has worked with many reputed clientele such as Sanjay Ghodawat Group, DYP Infraprojects Pvt Ltd, Parikh and Associates, Synergy SKI Infradevelopment, Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd and Beri Architects & Engineers Pvt Ltd.
