JCB opens world class integrated 3S facility in Guwahati [Mar 2012]

JCB India Ltd. proudly announced the opening of its new 3S integrated facility in Guwahati, Assam. The dealership is built by Oja Earthmovers, Guwahati. The new world class integrated 3S facility has 8-bay state-of-the-art facility. This dealership facility is fully equipped with international standard servicing for JCB customers to provide them with one stop solution for service and JCB genuine parts and is already functional.
This facility is spread across 20000 sq ft. which is one of the largest JCB facility in North East India. It has been made as per the JCB Corporate Identity norms and is equipped with JCB standardised systems to provide a one-stop solution for JCB customers.
The facility will provide instant service to its customers with its total 8 bay workshop, which includes 1 heavy line bay integrated with all modern tools and tackles, with lathe shop and fabrication facility providing all necessary repairs of the equipment to go under one roof. The workshop has an exclusive engine room and training facility.
