JCB reinforces commitment to road making in India

Construction equipment manufacturing major JCB India announced its commitment to accelerate construction of roads and highways through its range of road solutions.

In an event recently held in JCB’s Pune facility, the company showcased its range of world-class, Made-in-India road construction solutions that are designed to transform the road making in India.

Vipin Sondhi, MD and CEO, JCB India said, “JCB’s machines have been contributing to the development of India’s infrastructure for close to four decades. Now through its Premier Line Road Construction Solutions, it is committed to contributing and expediting the building of roads and highways in both, rural and urban India.”

JCB India organised a live demonstration of its machines to highlight the utility of each of the product that plays a pivotal role in the construction of roads.

JCB Livelink enables users to remotely monitor machines. It maximises the productivity of the machines by providing real time alerts on service, operation and security benefits to the machines owners, Sondhi said.

All these products are backed by an industry leading product support network. JCB India has over 60 dealers and 650 outlets, making it the largest dealership network in the construction and earthmoving equipment industry. These outlets are spread across India, employing over 6,000 trained professionals to cater to different customer requirements.
