Pre-engineered building (PEB) industry is expecting a recovery over the downturn in the market; however the overall construction industry in India is facing a slump. This scenario can be conquered by timely execution of projects and better contractual payment terms. As the green buildings trend is getting popular in major cities like Mumbai, NCR, Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, focusing on the eco-friendly buildings in industrial, residential and commercial sectors would assist the industry to earn new customers and thus better growth.
To maintain its sustainability and growth in this kind of scenario, PEBS Pennar is entering into new segments, finding new opportunities, developing new products and exploring new geographies. Pennar engineered building system is diversifying itself into new markets such as high-rise buildings, cold form structures, industrial racking systems, and solar structures.
PEBS Pennar is growing high in the industry with the strong backup from a team of more than 80 experienced engineers in designing and detailing department. The complete design and detailing process is carried out using the sophisticated software. The software asset includes Auto CAD, STAAD Pro, MBS, Stru CAD, 3D Max, and Tekla X-Steel. The design is done using Indian and international standards like American, Euro, British and Australian as per the requirement of the customer. The company has received the FM approval, a quality approval system for its Double-Lok roofing system, which is a 100 per cent leak-proof roofing system with a 10-year leak-proof warranty in technical association with NCI Group, USA.
A state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located at Sadashivpet, Andra Pradesh, which is spread over an area of 29,000 sq. m. This has a capacity of 90,000 tonnes per year. The company is on its way for setting a production unit in western India. PEBS Pennar follows a strict quality standard and for better certainty third-party inspection is done by the agencies like SGS, Bureau Veritas, Tata Projects Ltd., Indian Register of Shipping, DNV, TUV India and TUV Rheinland.
Recently, PEBS Pennar bagged orders from Renaissance Infra Realty, Mahindra Gears & Transmissions, SS Developers, RT Exports, Oriental Aromatics, Volvo India, Brattle Foods and other MES projects worth `50 crore for design, manufacture, supply and installation of pre-engineered buildings. All these are proving Pennar as one of the trusted suppliers of PEBs and pacing it toward the pinnacle in the PEB industry.
