Spartan: innovation with perfection

 Spartan Stall at EXCON 2013 displayed an antique look combined with advanced ideasMumbai-based Spartan Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd., one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of high quality construction machineries and equipment like bar bending machines, bar cutting machines, man and material hoists, multi functional material hoists, rope suspended platforms and tower cranes.
At EXCON 2013, Spartan displayed its philosophy through a uniquely designed theme of ‘Spartan Castle’. The 1,500 sq. mtr. outdoor stall which was one of the key attractions at this year’s EXCON, was designed to give a rustic, kingdom and goliath appearance.
The stall was inaugurated by Mr. Srikant Kulkarni, Sr. Vice President (Purchase) of Shobha Developers.
New launchesThe company also launched various machines at EXCON. 1.5 Ton Spartan Passenger Hoist (SPM150) was launched at the hands of Mr. C. N. Nandurdikar, Sr. General Manager of B.G. Shirke. Mr. Mahesh Mudda, Executive-Director and CEO of New Consolidated Construction Co. Ltd. launched the 1 Ton Rope Suspended Platform (SRP 100) whereas Spartan Minilift (SML 50) was launched at the hands of Spartan Chairman, Mr. Mahendra Mehta.
Though the Spartan stall was designed in an antique look, the activities were executed with advanced ideas. The visitors were registered at the entrance and handed over the app and e-catalogue card where they could visit online and download the catalogues thus showcasing its commitment of going green by avoiding hard copy printed catalogues.
Around 30 operational and non-operational equipment were displayed at Spartan stall which included range of man and material handling equipment like SPM 150 and SMH 150, Twin Cage Hoists, MFH Zip, Zip + etc., rope suspended platforms, range of bar bending and bar cutting equipment. Exclusively designed SCM 55 and SBM 55 were on display, boasting of Spartan’s leadership in bar bending and bar cutting. Demo of cutting and bending were also conducted to showcase machines’ capability and ease in operations.
Following the Core Value of Spartan- Passion for Perfection & Innovation, the company showcased it’s passion for technology by operating newly launched SPM 150- passenger hoist through iPad, which was an exclusive feature for Excon 2013. Product demo was carried out by showcasing the features, advantages and benefits of SPM 150.
Key attractionSpartan has also launched its ‘Made in India’ Tower Crane at EXCON which stood tall at the venue. Another attraction was travelling in Suspended Wire Rope Platform (SRP) which was hung from Spartan Tower Crane, giving the visitors a bird’s eye view of complete EXCON, at the same time ensuring smooth and safe working of SRP.
