Energy efficiency not only about cost saving

Pumping products in energy efficiency buildingsPumps play a major role in the energy efficiency of a building. Buildings consume approximately 40 per cent of energy in which pumps consume about 12 per cent energy. Nearly 30 per cent of energy consumption by pumps can be saved by installing energy-efficient pumps. The Indian consumers are now more open to using energy-efficient products which not only help conserve energy but also lead to significant savings. Both corporates and the consumers are slowly but steadily realizing the benefits of reviewing the life-cycle costs of eco-friendly products. The green building movement has further given a boost to these initiatives. People are increasingly adopting energy-efficient methods and solutions in their buildings and localities which is a positive sign.
