South Western Railway plans to the double the rail line in Karnataka

Railways: South Western Railway plans to the doubling of the Hubballi-Chikkajajur rail line is progressing well and likely to complete by end of 2019. The Ministry of Railways has prioritised this project and work the Railway Ministry had taken up the task on priority basis and work is simultaneously implemented in three-four sections at Hubballi in Karnataka.
