NTPC plans to set up STPP in Telangana

Power: NTPC Ltd The company plans to set up Telangana Super Thermal Power Project (STPP) in two phases. As part of first phase, 1600 MW (2×800 MW) units will be set up. The second phase would include 2400 MW (3×800 MW) unit. The unit is coming up at the existing Ramagundam station at Karimnagar district in Telangana. NTPC Ltd plans to invests around Rs. 10598.98 Crore.
