Our AlphaGuardMT is a fluid-applied roofing system that can turn your older but still functional roof into a long-lasting, highly-efficient weatherproofing system for a fraction of the cost of replacement. AlphaGuard MT system is a one-component, very low-odour, fully reinforced, aliphatic, moisture-triggered polyurethane roof waterproofing system that can be used to restore or replace existing roofing systems. Solargard 6083 is the one stop solution to weather proof and heat proof, low slope concrete & metal roofs. This premium water-based, acrylic elastomeric roof coating is formulated to meet or exceed the standards set forth in ASTM D6083. It’s durable, flexible in low temperatures and offers excellent resistance to weathering and dirt pick-up over a variety of roofing substrates. These substrates include metal, concrete, weathered single ply, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam and smooth built-up roofs.

Alumanation 301 uses a proprietary formula that has been setting the sustainable standard in metal roof protection for more than 60 years.A high solid, asphalt-based, asbestos- free coating that uses unique fibre reinforcement technology, Alumanation 301 contains 15 per cent metal—double the ASTM standard for premium aluminum roof coatings. The high metal content of the coating provides greater reflectivity, more durability, better rust prevention, proven performance and longer life.
