KYB-CONMAT launches advanced construction elevator

KYB-CONMAT, a subsidiary of $ 4 billion KYB Corporation of Japan, announced the launch of “Rack and Pinion Construction Elevator” at Excon 2015.

The new elevator range fits in all type of industrial and construction applications. It comes with specially designed control system to move men and material up to 3,200 kg and height up to 200 metres when required.

With the inclusion of construction elevators, KYB-CONMAT will be in a position to offer a comprehensive concrete equipment portfolio to its loyal and growing customer in building segment. “Our rack and pinion elevators have been designed considering Indian working conditions and global safety standards. It offers efficiency, safety, reduced energy consumption and minimise operating costs,” the company statement said.

It has a robust triple safety system comprising electromagnetic braking, centrifugal braking and ultimate safety device to boost user confidence, makes it an incredible solution for construction companies. All the parameters of comfort and maintenance have been taken care for the ease of operation and maintenance. The company has the special feature of ‘central monitoring system’ of all the lifts running in project for better planning and progress of work.

Apart from launching the new elevator range, KYB-CONMAT showcased its new generation concrete batching plants, concrete paving machines and transit mixers from its wide range of construction equipment.
