Jyotitech Solar manufactures high-efficiency polycrystalline 5BB solar photovoltaic modules with a range from 37 Wp to 330 Wp. Its entire product range is TUV Rheinland certified and conforms to IEC standards – IEC 61215, IEC 61730-I, IEC61730-II and IEC61701 and CE. The USP of the products are excellent performance in low light irradiance, high salt mist environment resistance, PID-resistant with long- term reliability.

Jyotitech Solar is providing reliable EPC solutions in the distributed solar rooftop space of 25KW-1MW. The company deploys grid-connected and off-grid solar rooftops for residential, commercial and industrial sectors including housing societies, schools, colleges, hospitals, petrol pumps, bank ATMs, datacenters government buildings, cold storages and water pumps for irrigation and drinking water. Jyotitech Solar services suite for solar PV rooftop projects includes site-survey, conceptualisation, design, engineering, technical proposal, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, operations and maintenance.

Jyotitech Solar has installed 50 KW grid-connected solar PV plant in an industry which is running many heavy-duty CNC machines at Navi Mumbai. They used Jyotitech Solar make 315 Wp solar modules with a special electronics in its junction box to monitor the performance of the plant. Apart from inverter level performance monitoring, this special electronics allows for near real-time module level performance monitoring. This has helped the company to detect faults accurately and assist to boost power generation. Also it reduces annual maintenance cost as predictive and post-failure data is available to repair the affected module.

Jyotitech Solar has installed multiple solar PV rooftop power generating systems for industries in 80 KW-600 KW range with German make string inverters with less energy loss in DC array strings. The multiple high-efficient inverters are used to maximise the power output generation and minimise maintenance downtime or complete shutdown. The module mounting structure used is of aluminium for more durability and reduction of overall weight on tin sheet. They deployed 40 KW solar PV rooftop in a housing society in Mumbai. This society was paying heavy electricity charges around Rs 6 lakhs/annum before solar PV installation. After installation of solar rooftop system with net metering facility, the bills are now reduced to near “ZERO”. Also the society got subsidy from state nodal agency which helped them to reduce ROI. While designing these solar PV rooftop systems, Jyotitech Solar considered all safety measures at both DC and AC side, proper separate redundant earthings, lightning arrester and fire fighting devices. Moreover, they have entered into 5 years annual maintenance contract with the customers as per MNRE guidelines.
