Walls being the biggest mass in a room will help create the perfect ambience. It is the perfect backdrop for your art and furniture. When the budget is low these simple techniques can help the interiors. Some of the techniques which we have used in our interiors over the years are as follows.
Sponging
Sponging is a painting technique that is simple and creative. The use of a sponge paint roller or a simple sponge helps add textures and visual punch to a plain-color wall. Stripes are an ageless decor staple which always looks fresh and their elegance and classiness never allows it to go out of style.

Ideally, how long after priming should a wall paints?
A primer is basically a thicker paint to cover up blemishes and create a perfect base for the colours to be applied. The more expensive latex-based primers will dry in 30 minutes and some between three to four hours depending on the climate, humidity, etc.

We have been working on a beach resort which is full of vibrant colours, a small hill weekend cottage in the hills with subtle English colours. The right colour is very important in our projects as it sets the tone for the mood and ambiance we want to create.
